  • Location Data: Precise geolocation (only when the app is in use) to match clients with nearby taskers.

  • Usage & Device Data: IP address, device model, app interaction logs (to prevent fraud).

  • Payment Data: Transaction history (processed via third-party gateways like Stripe or Plaid—note that you should never store raw credit card numbers yourself).

  • User-to-User: When a job is booked, we share the Client’s address and the skiller's profile/name with each other for task completion.

  • Retention: We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected. Background check results are generally purged or anonymized after a set period to minimize liability.

  • Deletion ("Right to be Forgotten"): Users can request account deletion, subject to legal retention requirements (e.g., tax records must be kept for a set period).
